Screen Printing
Screen Printing is the method of applying ink directly onto the garment which is then “cured” in a dryer. We can pantone match to any colour you want. This practice dates back centuries to China. This method is best suited to high volume garments and low number of print colours. We print thousands of promotional t-shirts, promotional hoodies and hi-viz vests this way.
Digital Printing
Digital Printing (DTG) is the method of printing in what can best be described as industrial inkjet machines. This method works best on 100% cotton clothing and is perfect for low quantity and highly complex designs. Our fashion and design-led customers love this way of printing as we can replicate their designs exactly as they have created them.
Transfer Printing
Transfer printing is the method where a sheet with the design or name is heat-pressed onto a garment. This is ideal for low quantity and simple designs or individual names. Think footballers’ names and numbers on the back of their shirts. We work with many schools and clubs that want this service as a garment can be personalised for the individual pupil or member.
